It won’t let me link my OnePass account
After so many tries and uninstalling - then reinstalling, I renewed my one pass membership for catch but it won’t even let me use it so that I can have free delivery and discounts! I tried more than 20x logging in and out of my one pass acc, catch etc. I give up. It was a complete waste of time and space.

Won’t deliver to my town
So disappointing to finally have the expensive gift I have been wanting to buy for my kids go on sale and when I go to check out I find out they won’t deliver to my post code. I don’t live in the outback or anything. I live in a large regional town on the mid north coast. Should inform customers that the free shipping deal that comes with being a Catch Club member is only valid for those who live in a major city before you take their money.
The best place to buy most products
I have been a catch customer for over 10 years now and I can say they are probably the best site in terms of easy navigating through the site, great deals, fantastic customer service , overall fantastic.
