The original game has too many ads, promos, have to buy the extras for more earnings etc. This game is completely free to play and no ads. I love that. I read in other reviews that they stopped updating the game, hopefully they will add more soon, because I am absolutely loving this!

Will there be an update? It seems like a lot of reviewers are waiting for the same thing.

I played cats and soup 🍜 on my grandma’s phone but she deleted it and said that it was cute 🥰 and since she watches Korean shows she said name the British Short Hair: Cho Na 🤭which means YOUR MAJESTY!(and we’re not even Korean) and my mom doesn’t let me play on my IPad but she loves these cats! It’s so cute and funny when it says GIFT FOR THE HOOMAN! But it’s kinda pricey to buy a cat and a chest. And now it’s saying you don’t have Netflix so I can’t play it. But ITS JUST SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CATS AND SOUP IS ADORABLE I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!

Game doesn’t offer updates!

The game is great for slow grind progress. I enjoy all the cats and ways to progress, but gems are needed for the big special builds and take forever to collect in this version. Rather than Netflix version being a buff, it feels nerfed.

I love this game it’s ppppppurfect and chill and I never stop playing it but the chill Netflix or should I say catflix spot is so expensive and I stopped playing for a while so please fix this and make the things cheaper so people can go ahead to do more stuff and happy 3rd anniversary!

Signed out of my netflix account on the game and when i signed back in months of progress got deleted despite the fact that i've manually cloud saved regularly. so devastated because i've been working on this game for over a year. wish there was a way to access save logs because there’s no way i’m replaying all that progress. sucked because i really loved this game, what a waste.

This version of the app doesn’t get the same updates as the standard version that’s in the App Store, probably because it doesn’t have in-app purchases. Gameplay in the Netflix version is also way too slow — getting hearts and gems to unlock content takes forever.

I’m disappointed to see that the ‘regular’ version of the game is actively updated with events etc. About two weeks ago, the weekly login rewards were removed and I assumed that was in anticipation of something new. I checked list the Reddit and found there are a ton of updates for the other version but nothing for the Netflix one. I’ll probably quit playing soon because I’m missing out on things, and I won’t switch to the other version either because I have to assume it’s full of ads and/or it’s pay-to-progress.

Months without an update so stopped being fun without added game materials
