We have used Cavalier Taxis for years now. The service is fantastic. Would recommend to all my family and friends.
Card payment flawed.
Love the app, but there is a serious flaw in the card payment and Apple Pay function. I always get declined and have to pay cash in car, which is really annoying. Asked them about it, but they didn’t seem too bothered about helping me fix the issue.
Terrible app and service!
Pre-booked taxi hours in advance but was unable to find a driver when the time came. Completely useless as a app if the drivers ignore pick up requests!
