CB Pay is a mobile banking service which is available to use in all mobile phone devices. Customers can download CB Pay app to their mobile phones and do self-registration for their wallet account. If customers already have ATM card, they can register with their ATM card number so that CB pay will automatically link with his ATM card account.

- Transfer money to all CB Bank customers with ATM card number, Account number, Phone number (CB pay number) or even with NRIC number for those who do not have bank account/ATM or CB pay wallet account.

- Pay or Request money with dynamic QR code within CB pay users.

- Check the default account’s balance at sneak peak

- Top-up mobile (MPT, MecTel, Telenor, Ooredoo)

- Enjoy services like ATM card application, loan application or cheque book requests.

- Pay your bills such as electricity bill, 4-TV bill or insurance.

- Top-up Master/Visa cards and repay credit card

- Find your nearest CB Bank ATMs/CRM, branches, Exchange Counters, CB agents and Merchants locations on-the-go.

Difficult to deposit or cash in

Very difficult to cash in. Going to bank is the only way to cash in.

Easy to use

CB’s app are always easy to use, so do this one. But have one concern that it should allow user to be able to see old transactions, not just 10 or 15. IMO, everyone need it.

Asking detail again login

This is a god damn banking app but CB doesn’t pay attention to fix the problem even they are aware of. Asking all details like DOB, NRC number during every login if you happened to be that installed the app for second time onwards. There is no way of getting out of this loop and the worst thing is even CB itself doesn’t care to fix it!!!!! This App should be taken down from App Store.

Can to use this application

My phone is iPhone se2020 . iOS version is 14.0.1 . I really want to use cb pay application . But cb pay is can not login OTP & Switch Device . Now I using KBZ Pay . KBZ pay is can use everything . So upgrade your cb pay application for iOS user !

Too much pop ups

Too much pop ups and it's so annoying! Like we're using free app or pirated app.

Bad banking app CB Pay Ver 1.24.1

There are so such functions for “Pay Bills”. Seem like, the developer never test it properly.

Not supported in iOS 13 version , plz urgent update

Server problem is getting worse.

I am using three mobile banking app and this CB pay is becoming the worst among them. The loading time to open the app, server time out happen all the time. I’ve seen many complains about this from users on your social media pages and this thing is still happening. I guess your IT support never read the customers’ feedback. Worst banking app in Myanmar so far.

I’m using AYA , KBZ , Yoma and CB apps . CB pay is the worse among them. Sever timeout problem is daily nightmare . Developer should be care for their app and need to check what’s going on.
