CrossBeats team, I appreciate your timely response. It helped me to look for a better product from another company. I know you will hide the customer response email from top management or may be they don’t care anymore. I lost a good amount of money. But that is fine. At least I know that none of the so called startup companies can not be trusted. It is great lesson to me that buy products only from reputable companies. Thank you so much for the wonderful support and keep going like this. There is no option for negative ratings. If yes I could have awarded you with -5 rating.

App gets crashed while opening
App is not starting and keep on stopping again and again why this is happening with app
Its not working eoth spectra plus smartwatch as it is showing watch not supported with this app
For the first few weeks the Bluetooth was working perfectly fine and the synching was happening. For the past seven days while the watch is functional the data on the smart phone is not being recorded. The firmware is also not getting updated. Highly disappointed
1. The watch doesn’t store history - you have to open the app everyday for it to sync up. 2. Please see if additional “Training” feature of “Yoga” could be created and added. Yoga is a common things getting done by multiple people. Would help spread usage of watch as well as app. Please see if these could be created pushed in as app updates and/or watch firmware updates.
after Upgraduion software this became super watch with all features
There are no updates are happening within the watch and app as and when activity is taking place, meaning the steps, distance and calories burnt are not getting updates in the main page of both smart watch(Crossbeats Ignite smartwatch) but when we go to individual pages you would find each and every activity is updated and issues on no updates is on main page of both watch and app.
