Plus cher mais moins intéressant…
Certes l’application est bien mais les frais de compte augmentent sans cesse et les avantages disparaissent. Désolé mais les CBC deals étaient beaucoup plus intéressant : Nespresso, Samsung, il y avait plein de partenaires. Ici les Kate Deals sont peu nombreux et pour la plupart inintéressant pour le grand public ! Des coins chez CBC , on n’est jamais mieux servi que par soi même pour inviter le client à acheter des produits de la banque (!), des avantages à Brussels Airport Ok et si on ne voyage pas en avion ? Tout se réduit, l’application se complexifie à telle point que celle de BNP qui était bien bien loin derrière parvient à rattraper ce retard qui était fulgurant en se dotant de nouvelles fonctionnalités qui étaient présentes dans CBC mobile mais qui sont plus ergonomiques chez BNP J’hésite franchement à rester client et à continuer à payer 3,75€ chaque mois …

L’application était génial ! Mais depuis quelques mois, au moment d’effectuer un paiement, l’app met tellement de temps à charger que ça devient insupportable…

Je voudrais activer un pack voyage, je suis les indications et arrivé au point 5 il n’y a pas les pack. Je demande à Kate qui n’a pas l’info

Meilleure app de banque, loin devant ING, BELFIUS, FORTIS etc. Une interface limpide et efficace. Tout a été pensé intelligemment.
