The app is unusable because the verification code never arrives, leaving me stuck on the registration page. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I can't understand why this app is on the App Store if users can't even register.

After registering my credentials, can’t recieve verification code despite multiple attempts.!

Despite lodging a complaint two days ago, the CBC team turned up but without necessary equipment to work and postponed it for another day. Is this how the system functions? Don’t they have a check list before venturing out for work?

Just use less as Contonment board .installed several times never received the SMS for registration.

I registered two complaints. Wasted 5 phone calls to CBC to ask them to fix it. No sms notifications nor can I access my complaint history. What a shame
