Title
It stuck and didn’t work at all.
I enter my PIN code, but it says authentication failed. Consequently, I’m unable to access my bank account or send money. It’s incredibly frustrating.

The app doesnt work on some iphones
I used to have android phones and the app was great until recently i changed to iphone and it stopped i went to one of the branches to fix the issue but they told me it doesnt work on some iphones and still it charges me like 5 birr per month for the application service charge which is ridiculous
