Needs a lot of work

Basic features like adding new beneficiary and upload KYC documents are key missing features. Benchmarking with leading banks is a good way to start with.

Not at all user friendly..

I am not family with the app. It’s not at all user friendly. Planning to shift to ADCB

I would not give even a single star

Worst app, to reset a password is like winning a battle between 2 nations

Login issues

Must login with face detection feature of iPhone X like other bank applications

No mobile app for corporate account

Please develop the app for corporate account. So everything can be done on the go.

Nice... but

Nice and useful app... but it doesn’t support iPhone X. Apple has provided all the guidelines for upgrade yet some developers choose to ignore it.
