The Worst Bank - Zero Service, Worst Hospitality, Terrible Procedure
The worst bank when it comes to service, hospitality and procedures. The call center works on a call-back kinda scheme which doesn’t make sense. When a customer needs you guys are not available for help while they (customer support) can call back the customers at their own convenience. What a pathetic structure. The emergency line is good for nothing. There is no supervisor or manager available at all. The bank accounts get ceased without prior information while it contains customers money. The staff itself at your branches are frustrated with the work flow and speak rubbish about the policies and procedures of the bank. Best is to get rid of the account and never look at it again.
