Should of just left it on the original CBS 7 app. Why do I need an app just for their weather page. Stupid….🤬

I liked the interactive radar you previously had. This one I can’t find out how to get the app to show the direction the rain clouds are moving. If it will show you the direction the rain clouds move, where do I find this on this new app. Why always changing things.

Don’t like the dark brown background on the radar map. Makes it hard to see the pale colored precipitation images. A white background would enhance visibility. Would be nice to have a weather almanac that shows the historic high and low temps for the date. Liked the old weather maps and format better.

I wanted to leave notifications on so I could get notified of storms and such like with other news weather apps but with this one I am woken up with “weather alerts” that are actually just the regular weather forecast every single day at way earlier than most people wake up to start the day. I am honestly not sure if it’s the same time every single morning but the way the alert comes in I wake up every single time (I can ignore certain things but the way they say weather alert like it’s something serious you pop awake!) this morning I know for sure it came in at 4:30am and after many, many mornings of just going back to sleep after jolting awake to a weather alert I finally played around with my phone to figure out my notifications (wasn’t able to think clearly at 4:30am and was trying not to allow my brain to fully wake so I could fall back asleep). I appreciate being suddenly woken at 4:30am if there is a tornado, I can understand being woken for other warnings even if I would rather sleep through them but to be jolted awake like there is a severe weather event only to be told the daily forecast?!? Nope, I’ll wait till I am awake thank you and look at the forecast for myself. I’ll download another station’s weather app for severe weather. My daughter uses newswest9’s weather app and that’s the one I will now be using because this is crazy.

They are always on top of our other stations because the have highly experienced meteorologist.

Was great until two days ago when I updated- now can get nothing???
