App feels dated

Recently renewed my CBT account after a multi year break. The content is still good but the app now feels dated and clunky.

Video quality

Only issue is the video quality streaming on App, I have a reliable wifi of 100Mbps and video quality is always playing in low resolution although is set to high quality on my iPad . Wifi settings are not metered, speed test confirm speed, no other devices connected at the same time.

Quality is killing me

Trying to learn azure commands when most of the app screen is the lowest quality is beyond unusable. This isn’t my internet, it’s like the video is just trying to resize the smaller window when maximising it, but isn’t changing the quality. Everything is a blur and I’m having to go back to the website only. Very disappointed for the price this service is costing.

Terrible app

Casting to the TV stops when you minimise the app. There’s no easy way to continue what you were watching on the PC, you have to go searching for it on the iPad. The layout overall could be so much more user friendly and functional.

Comfort

Learn from the place your curled up at. Love the content too. The degree did me good but this is the actual knowledge I want. With the app you can learn something when your bored of tiktok and ads on YouTube.

Needs higher resolution and bandwidth video

Great resource but the video quality prioritises low video quality too much

Cisco’s ENCOR class is fantastic

I will recommend this class for anyone , sure good value for money. The mobile app is fantastic as well. Picks up where you left of on your computer.
