Fan
Worked great for 2 weeks and now it’s a battle to be able to turn it off and on. It won’t connect to Bluetooth. Arrr!
No longer works with Alexa
I’ve heard many say the same thing - no longer appears to work with Alexa. Guess this fan is heading for the trash. I’ll buy a different brand.
The Comfort Zone App appears to be closed
My fan suddenly stopped communicating with Alexa on 03/27/2024. I tried to sign in to the App to reconnect Bluetooth, only to discover that the Comfort Zone App is no longer working. The fan can only be controlled manually but not as a Bluetooth device.

Just bought a fan of Amazon and it’s fantastic
App won’t connect
Love the fan itself. It’s quiet and powerful. It cools my open floor plan. However, I purchased this model because of the timer function and being able to use my open to operate it. The app won’t connect to my Wi-Fi! Had I known that I wouldn’t t have purchased this one. It’s a bittersweet situation. Love the fan, hate the app doesn’t work.
Does not connect to alexa
The device or account could be easily linked to Alexa previously but it fails to connect or re link now

I absolutely love how you can connect this from your phone but unfortunately my fan fell apart within a month of having it
I wish I would’ve considered buying another fan WITH A REMOTE!
I was so excited buying this fan thinking it would be so different with the 6 blades and wi-fi so I could just use my phone to adjust the speed and everything BUT it’s been terrible realizing that everyone else in the household can’t just grab a remote and do the same thing IF I just would have got a fan with a remote! NOW, I got a new router and I can NOT get the app and the fan to link up to it no matter what I do!! Over and over I’ve been wasting time with this thing!! Uninstalling- reinstalling- following directions- bla bla bla! All I want is to control my fan from my recliner that is less than 10 feet away and to be able to turn it off if need be. Being disabled really takes a toll on me so I would love this luxury to work! This wasn’t work the $$. :(
Good fan
Two things can be said about this unit. #1. Its quieter than any other fan we have or have had. #2. It can be turned on from anywhere with a tablet or an iPhone. We will acquire two more today.
