Overall a great experience with every phase of the operation. Terry smith did a excellent job with the install and was super helpful .
Fiber Installation
Jerry Smith installed the fiber inside my home, he was quick, polite, and very informative. Did a great job!
Needs
Needs more admin user control
Easy peasy
Simple and effective way to control the Wi-Fi in home.
Installing Problems
Can not register and launch the ap either auto or manual due to setup by the installing technician. On line resolution has not worked. Recommend actions I am not capable of performing. Currently 4 months from installation.
Only one device can use app
The benefit of high speed fiber is so that all My devices can be online. But the app will not let me be logged in my phone and iPad both. Very frustrating!
Horrible App
This is the worst app I’ve ever seen of its kind. It was does not allow you to shut off devices. It doesn’t show you the Internet usage it just shows all blank.
