App updates inconvenient
Account always get logged out after app updates. Putting a banner with sorry for the inconvenience makes it even more frustrating when an app is supposed to provide convenience instead
rubbish app
get an technical error when trying to register an acc.
Cannot register
Cannot even press next at create your password, rubbish app.
Registration
Tried several rounds to register but failed every times. This is painful and it shows ENGIE doesn't seem to be interested in their business as I can't be their willing customer.
Slow downloading
Yet to try anything but the downloading speed already kills the customer experience right from the start.
Apple IOS 16
Yr app froze with Apple IOS 16 which is the latest IOS. Please rectify asap else yr chwrgihg app cannot work.
