App is not stable at all
The developers released an app that is either not properly tested or inexperienced developers or a combo. App would open for about 20 secs and quit, this has started back in iOS 16 and still happening in iOS 17. Regardless of whether reinstalling or restarting the phone, etc. tried everything that could be think of technically.

Already input all the info, but can’t sign up. Sent email to the customer service to raise the issue but no feedback. I tried to deleted the app and re-downloaded but then the app keeps loading for the home page….
