CDK Modern Retail CRM

I’ve attempted to give the app an opportunity and try it for a few months but it straight up doesn’t work. I can’t get past the log in screen and when pressing for help there’s no feedback or response. This app is supposed to make my job a little easier however, it’s just a waste of phone space at this point.

Solid improvements over the old application. My sales guys love it. Scanner saves time. Video introductions are awesome!

Can’t use app anymore. Any update coming for this?????

This app so frustrating, crashes al the time. Can’t distinguish between a name and address. Please fix this app

This system is by far the worse.

Please make the appropriate updates to your app. I do a lot of work from the app and constantly have to shut it down and re-load the app because it locks up or stalls. This should not be an issue with a company your size. Please make the appropriate investments and correct these issues. Usually, this is a direct reflection that upper management is not giving other departments the resources they need to do their jobs.

Absolutely terrible system for a dealership. Way behind the times and overly complicated to use. Drive centric is way easier and cleaner

This app will take your dealership to the next level. You can do the entire sales process on a tablet! Definitely a game changer!

Just for it to be made as over complicated and unnecessary as possible. They finally changed some thing in the past 13 years, they hired a graphic designer.

Every time I get a new iPhone it takes almost half a year for the app to start being compatible with it. Please fix this as the point of the app is for eleads to be convenient
