super accurate and on time 👍

Crowded bus

Selimeri131 on

United States

The 370 gets extremely crowded where it is unsafe to ride. This occurs on 3:00-4:00 timeframe. People get on with strollers not folding taking up a whole three seats. Also there a lot people who use 2-3 seats. In closing, I feel the driver needs to do a better job to nurture a safe and welcoming ride. Thank you.

Your Service Is Terrible!

millzj13 on

United States

When they first rolled out Flex during the pandemic it was a great and reliable service. Now it’s longer waits, terrible customer service and the drivers are rude! Every time customers get feedback to improve their service, it becomes a huge problem. Don’t ride this bus!!!

App doesn’t bring up your payment options when you select pay as you go.and leaves you stranded. Fatal flaw that needs to be addressed. Don’t trust this app. Has major issues.

Trash

There’s no point in having the app. The bus is never on time and half the time it’s doesn’t show up

Why Bother?

cnkohgvbfsgyh on

United States

I’m unsure if I got on a bus that arrived 9 minutes late or the bus that 5 minutes early. And that’s usually how it goes. The app is disgustingly and constantly inaccurate, including busses like the one just mentioned, it’s impossible to plan your own schedule based on the information provided in this app. Neither developers and proprietors care in the least about the disruption they cause to the community.

Needs work.

CDTA FLEX

Been late to work every time because drivers are given a set queue list, if they are near a passenger they can’t pick them up ahead of someone like they used to be able to which needs to change. Also fix the map please, drivers and passengers are always getting confused with the terrible pinpoint UI. Bring back curbside pick up at Walmart as well.
