Seeing the standard for poor apps by big companies
It’s just barely workable. The backend is bad and the the front end is unstable with a poorly designed UI. Things break often. Cell C also seems to like to use Dark UI patterns to deceive users into purchasing bundles that only last 7 days etc.
Worst App ever
I haven’t been able to log in on the first couple of attempts for probably a year already. It just always says that they are unable to help right now and to try later. If I persevere and manage to get in the App, there is often no way of getting out of something you have clicked on. I have been trying to OptOut of this ‘Last Numba 500MB’ allocation that harasses me every day/ night, that I didn’t sign up for, there seems to be no way to do this via sms prompts or in the App.
App is full of bugs
Please change your developer latest app is installed still saying old version and after I delete app and install new app is freezing and crashing if it work it works so slow .. trying to put otp app is stuck please help
Very inefficient
Breaks down all the time, update everyday and still not working, not allow some purchases, some transactions are not going through you need to contact call centre that never picks up. Very useless

Do the marketing team or developers actually test this app? It’s so bad and so buggy, and the worst app on my phone. Do better Cell C! 👎🏼
App no longer works on IOS
Upgraded to the latest version but app does not log in. It says I need to update to the latest versions. 🤦🏼♂️
Worst provider app I’ve ever used
Probably the worst worst worst mobile provider app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. It’s insanely slow clunky, and always throws errors. Seriously a poc. Entire reason I left CellC
What’s the point? SHUT IT DOWN!
First and foremost your app is HORRIBLE!!! Was a customer in mind when you made this app? clearly not! What must I do to get a seamless customer service??
Secondly, I don’t know whether there’s a glitch in the app? But I have to fight way my way around the app.
The fact that when I have to load data/gift a data bundle for the homeconnect sim, THAT IS ON MY WIFI ROUTER, I have to remove it in order to get the OTP pin which is a lot of admin!! Like why can’t I just get the OTP from the app?
I assume you know that iPhone has a feature where it automatically inserts the pin for you.
So… in attempting to insert the OTP 3 TIMES which lead to the assumption that the app is clearly not working because why on Gods green earth is it not working! Guess what I discovered… I had to manually insert the pin and of which I did apparently I’ve “have breached your ABUSE Limit for this service for the day, please try again tomorrow”

App not functioning
Total waste, the app doesn’t function, I can’t buy data nor roll over my bundles. The only thing it keeps saying is that I’m offline even though I’m connected to the internet. I regret updating it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but zero change.
I hate it.
