Been playing this great game been playing for more than 10 years, but all the new updates don't have anything new, they only protected the software from hacking but: no new pets, no new fashion, no new bosses, (or new event bosses), no new charms, no new areas, even the casstle quest of crowns from spring 2019 or 20 event hasn't been changed in 2 years, they only do “events” where spawn time of bosses is changed or previous chests from other years are offered, you have a massive loyal amount of players waiting something really new otherwise we will go to sleep 2-3 years as we have done before until the game really updates, please don't let the game die

No puedo entrar al juego en mi IPhone 8 Plus. Me registré y no me deja entrar el juego se queda en la pantalla de inicio, se pone que esta cargando y marca error

It is simply a great game, as always and with everything, there are still varios maybe minor details that could be fixed but overall, it is just great!

One thing, when I try to teleport to Tavern it lags and I have to exit the app and enter again, same for when leaving the tavern

I enjoy it but...
Let me say something... I really enjoy this game. The graphics, storyline, quests and side quests... Everything is awesome.
However, it’s concerning their “support” in the download screen says the game is for 12+ and I just had a VERY concerning response from their team... I found out someone had been harassing a friend and reported it.
Their ONLY solution was to block this person. No warning or ban that prevents the person of doing it again with another account or with another person.
This support answer is unacceptable.
Check this out before playing.
Buen juego pero..
Yo e jugado desde los inicios del juego y cuando pusieron el parche donde aumentaba el nvl de los personajes al 125 jamás me ayudaron a recuperar mi cuenta y ni siquiera me regresaron todo el dinero que gaste ahí y aún así me hice otra y empecé de 0 y llegué al nvl 125 con todo frozen y volví a gastar dinero pero la verdad volví a dejar de jugar por que le subieron el precio a todo y ya todos mis amigos de mi generación habían alcanzado el nvl 200 y la verdad no vale la pena por que solo me contestan si hablo en inglés en support y jamás me devolverán mi dinero y peor ahora podría seguir gastando si no costara tanto yo aún recuerdo cuando con 600 y pesos te alcanzaba para el paquete más caro platinium y ahora vale 2000
