Tried opening the app and ts not opening, I uninstalled it and installed it again but on logging in again the system is saying I changed my phone, I need to visit any of the branch to reactivate & am not in the country, tried to send the email but all is in vain and I need to do some transactions. Please help me.

Hello centenary team, thanks for the service I appreciate ur app has been ok but of recent 4 days it’s not opening up. What’s the problem ? Please fix it. All in all it has been useful on my side. Now I can’t make transactions. Thanks

If u r planning to be out of Uganda.. try another bank not centenary..! They can’t help u unless u come to their branch. The cente app is also so buggy and almost services in the app require you visit the branch 😀

I regret opening an account with this bank 😭 they can’t help unless you visit their branch and they don’t know how to reply emails,however much I explained that I’m out of the country they repeat the same reply “visit our branch” so nagging 😡

Its a problem and the worst amongst the other mobile apps. i tried to change to my other phone but it has taken longer than ever to be helped
