A life changing application and I’m not even kidding
Did not like this app. There are some very basic things that it is missing that are a huge miss. I used this in the gym. If you navigate away from the app, it pauses everything. Very annoying if you are taking your rest time and switch over to your music to make a selection or want to check another app while you are resting. You can’t customize your workouts or do exercises in a different order. It is also super glitchy and won’t always mark my workouts complete even after I’ve completed them. Just overall way too rigid and cumbersome to use. There is also no way of reaching out to app support here or on their website. I made the mistake of buying the years subscription and I’m a quarter of the way through and wish I could ask for a refund for the rest of my year.

Everything from the meal plans to the different levels of workouts. Grade A+
The app is good, it’s almost complete, but it should have a calorie counter to manage our intake when we are not doing the exact dishes from the diet. Also the Apple Watch app should be polish, sometimes gets freeze and should have interaction with Apple Music and also better graphics, looks like an old app.
The app does not give the user the ability to create custom plans.
Had a billing issue and they were quick to respond and provide resolution.
