Order status not reflected correctly
Although the order status changed as my order was delivered the app did not reflect that instead it kept showing “Placed”. So I cannot create a return.
Easy to use
The Centrepoint app is easy to navigate, it works well. The returns policy is good too which is something I appreciate and value when online shopping, click and collect is available for orders that don’t qualify for free delivery, once again making it easy to purchase.
Useful and Clear
Great App, all pictures are clear and great quality. A faster and simpler shopping experience as opposed to the long queues in stores. I’ve used the App many times and will continue to do so !
Worst app
Its the worst app ever! Very slow! Cant even select the address at checkout! Irritating
أسوأ تجربة في تاريخ التجارة الالكترونية
عروض وهمية لجذب العملاء لمتجرهم اذا العميل ما اشترى غير العرض يماطلونه ويردون المبلغ ويتعذرون بنفاذ المنتج أو ان العميل ما جاء يستلم الطلب وغيره من الأكاذيب والنصب! هذا الي حصل معنا وعدي ما يثبت كلامي تخيل انك بتهدي شخص هدية والمنتج الي في بالك عاملين عليه عرض وبسعر مناسب، فتطلب المنتج من عندهم وتجعل طريقة الاستلام من نقطة بيع تابعة لهم وتضيف بيانات الشخص الي انت شاري الهدية له حتى يروح يستلمها وتعطيه خبر، يروح هذا الشخص علشان يستلمها وكله شوق يشوف الهدية، لكن ينصدم بأنهم ما راح يسلمونه المنتج ويطلبونه كود هم ما أرسلونه له وبعد تقديم شكوى يرسلون الكود وفي نفس اليوم راح الآدمي يستلم الطلب وينصدم للمرة الثانية ان الطلبيه تم ارجاعها للموستودع وهم راسلين له كود الاستلام في نفس اليوم وفي اليوم الي بعده يرجعون المبلغ على الفيزا بدون ما يتواصلون معنا وبدون ما يبدون السبب! بعد التواصل معهم يدعون ان العميل ما راجع الفرع حتى يستلم الطلبية مع انه عندهم شكوى مسجلة وبعدها هم راسلين الكود فكيف يدعون انه ما راح يستلمها مع العلم ان الفترة مابين انشاء الطلب وارجاع المبلغ لم يتجاوز ٦ أيام وهم يقولون أن الطلبية الي تجلس أكثر من ١٤ يوم في نقطة الاستلام وما حد جاء ياخذها يتم ارجاعها للمستودع فكيف يردون طلبية خلال ٦ أيام للمستودع ويدعون ان ما حد جاء يأخذها؟ رجعت أطلب المنتج من الموقع والصدمة ان المنتج غير متوفر مع انه تم ارجاع طلبي للمستودع! تواصلت معهم أريد الطلبيه حتى لو أعيد أشتريها من جديد لكن مع الأسف. الأمر باختصار ضحكة هم ماعندهم رغبة يبيعون المنتج بسعر العرض وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم فشلونا مع الناس وتعبوا الآدمي الي كانت الهدية له الله لا يربحهم.

Slow app Money deducted from account and the seller claim that did not receive the amount. Not recommended
Worst shopping experience
I wouldn’t recommend to shop with them.totally unprofessional and unapologetic attitude. Worst store to compensate you for their own fault.
Don’t waste your time
Downloaded the app and it keep crashing. Couldn’t even place any order or even update any addresses
No response for order return
I have placed the order two weeks back and collected last week. Now i have to return part of my order as they have mentioned wrong fit in the app but i am not able to. As in the application it is still showing processing. I tried to contact my email, telephone and messages no proper reply from the Landmark group. AVOID THE APP IT LOOKS LIKE SCAM TO ME!
