Description

CentWatch is a clock and stopwatch that can display time in cents (hundredths of a minute). This is useful in Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) rally competition.
The user may select between white text on black or black text on white, as appropriate for ambient lighting conditions.
The user may also adjust the displayed time to be different from the time reported by iOS and match event time.
In addition to displaying time in hours:minutes.cents format, time may also be displayed in standard hours:minutes:seconds format.
Caveat: CentWatch bases the time value on the iOS system time. This can drift and shift during the day. Future versions of CentWatch will try to work around this.

Works great

I downloaded this a year ago but didn’t get a chance to use it in a TSD rally until yesterday. It worked great! I didn’t use the stopwatch, just the time-of-day clock in hundredths mode. Large digits and the ability to display white numbers on a black background made it easy to read even on bumpy roads.

Thanks for this app, timing in hundredths of a minute, minutes and hours. Simple and works without any issues. The reverse screen/text color in black and white allows for best viewing in sunlight or shade. Must have for car rally.

I am a novice to TSD but was looking for any clock displaying hundredths. Dedicated rally clocks were unavailable anymore or much too complicated and expensive. We ran Stock at Michigan's Press On Regardless rally with this velcroed to the dash. Worked great! Black/white option was nice as night fell. Most importantly the digits are BIG. Many others are too small for my driver and I to both see from the dash mount. Adjustment to match the rallymaster's time was easy. Observed 24 hour drift of less than a fraction of 1/100th. I had my iPhone set on device clock, not network. Just what is needed. Well done!

This is the definitive rally clock for iPhone!

This program is great; it worked well for a Monte Carlo rally. I appreciated the included adjustments in hours, minutes, seconds and tenths. I adjusted the start time from 13:00 all the way to zero for our True Time...even though I realize now I was using it incorrectly (didn't see the start or split lap options). A word of warning to casual rallyists about iPhone's clock: when you set the hours/minutes of the clock, the iPhone does NOT reset the seconds to :00, but instead keeps counting on that minute. So, an unknown number of seconds will go by and suddenly your phone is out of sync again. Therefore, if you use Centwatch as your only rally clock, and the rallymaster synchs to WWV, you WILL need to adjust whole seconds.

Great job! Does exactly what it says. Mandatory program for a tsd rally.

I'd been looking for a stopwatch with hundredths for rallies. This looks great; thanks!
