Can’t download certificates

Can’t download certificates once complete. Have to email them to yourself and then download from a link in the email. Awful workaround. Needs sorting ASAP

Saving me time

Paired with the 1741+ and new X1. Certs done on site - no more evenings in the office! Worked out that you need to open a certificate when you have internet, then you can work offline on it. As with any new software, took a few times to get up to speed. Now loving not spending hours at home typing everything up. Tech support were great when setting it up.

Love it

Incredibly poor and all confidence in this app has gone.

I’m quite new to this app but I had a good play around with it before using it in the field. I took me over one hour to try and complete a Minor Works, the app kept getting the blue wheel of doom everytime I inputted data into the circuit details. This blue wheel would last for a few minutes before I could input anything else. The app wouldn’t let me move to the next page and never saved the inputted data. If I was doing something then went back to the phone and the screen had turned off then all the circuit info I had put in was deleted. The Megger X1, even if connected and saying that the readings had been sent across but had actually failed to add the data, the app also stated that it received the data. If using the X1 or manually put the readings in it would still delete the data and show the blue wheel of doom. I have a free year of using this app and I’ve given up after the first week, there are far more less complicated apps/software that I can use. It will take a miracle for me to use this again, thank god it was only a Minor Works and not an EICR. I strongly recommend you to use something else and not to waste your love on this.

Spent loads of time trying to get an MFT1741+ to Connect to the app with no luck. This was the only reason I got this model. Really disappointed

Ok but not as good as you think

A lot of things need to be rethought a minor work certification took me 35 minutes Way too many useless fields The developers must be educated on the regulations You can’t add contact from your phones contacts Very expensive but no value for us
