Functional but lacks substance
Functionality that is available on the website needs added to the app. For example, to see transfer accounts and account move information needs added to the app. The ability to schedule an account transfer on a future date and ability to set recurring account transfers should all be available in the app.

This app is so primitive compared to other banks. I can add external accounts. It’s so hard to pay your heloc with external funds that you’re bound to incur interest and risk being reported to credit bureaus. There is no way this app has such a good rating without employees being asked to submit reviews.
