I’ve hit hardship and they went behind my back and called my bank to take money from my private bank account without my authorization or knowledge. If they keep doing this I’ll be homeless and so now I have to close my bank accounts. Only other option is kill myself

This is the most ghetto buggy, slow, frustrating, non- functional app i’ve ever used not just the worst forget payment app. Literally the reason I was “late” this month
Where is my Revel (Oportun) card?
You all changed banks and added Revel to this. And when I go to get app for my revel card it takes me here but my Revel card is not here so what? My bill is gone? My total owed is gone? Good thing made this months payment already or I would be in a worse mess!
Not letting me create an account
Received this card as it’s being replaced by oportun. It’s not letting me register an account with my new card in hand. How am I supposed to see my balance and make payments online?!

Excitement quickly turned to Skepitcism
I was referred to open this credit card account, from the credit karma’s “Karma Guarantee”, so I did, was quickly approved! Super quick & easy application. Took less than a minute of my time. About 2 weeks later, my card arrives, all ther terms match exactly as expected. Activated the card, no problem, just called the number and followed the automated process: “Congrats! Your card has been activated and your credit limit is $750 with available limit of $625 (after the annual fee). I successfully added the card to Apple Pay, and some other payment apps, to save as an additional method of payment, simple& east. So far, very pleased. Was certain by now this is a legitimate company I’d be appraising and recommending to anyone who asked (for people working on their credit at least)… what could go wrong?
Well, about a day after my cards been activated, I attempted to charge my first purchase. $190 charge (with an available credit $625) - DECLINED. ok, so I go into the app to try and resolve it. There’s no message asking me to verify that it was indeed an authorized attempted charge. I check every link and find that there’s nothing wrong with me account. Ok, so I try something smaller, through a different vendor, a $19 charge to pay toward a bill.
Declined. Again, try again, this time through charging the card through Apple Pay instead. Again and again. Declined & declined. Again, can’t get through to any human because it’s not “normal business hours”.. I then tried to go to Ralphs to try an in person charge to my new card for about $70. . DECLINED. Again. So I had to use an alternative payment method following the embarrassment of having the clerk think I’m trying to pull something shady, when I’m not. Finally, as a last bail marry, I tried the card on a vending machine on my way out for $2.50… oh this time it Approved! Wow what a miracle! Maybe my luck as has turned. Tried again to do another slightly higher transaction of $5 whopping dollars….DECLINED. Repeat and repeat. Of course, it was after business hours and there’s not a single human I can talk to… oh what a headache. Mind you, I decided to read every page of the terms of the cardholder agreement, found nothing on why some transactions may get approved and others may get declined (unless they’re illegal like gambling) - last time I checked, Ralphs grocery isnt considered illegal in any way... Neither were any of my prior attempted charges.. So why they pick and choose which rare transactions to a
Terrible Card Company
Heald onto my LARGE payment for over 10?days without acct Balance update and adding Late fees. Customer Service is Terrible. They hung up on me 3 Times trying to solve problem. Still not resolved 😡👎🏻
First time I felt compelled to write a review
Autopay keeps canceling itself over and over and over, I have to keep manually checking and re-setting it back up; there’s no new bank information, no insufficient balance, I have no idea why autopay will not stay set up for more than two or three days at a time. I called customer service and they had no explanation and offered no solution. Besides that, the chat feature is completely broken, as soon as the fields are filled out and the message is sent, the immediate response is “session ended. Click here to start a new session.”
Can not make a payment with debt card
I can not make a debt card it keeps wanting routing and account then it takes days for it to take it! My bank kicks it back everytime! Then I’m charged a late fee call the card services number and it wants the same thing! Please add a debt option. Trying to pay a bill should not be this hard! Geesh.. I hate this card and still you reply and it’s still not a debt card transaction my bank said it is like a check and they do not do checks with a mobile bank! Allow debt card or bank drafts I have it down loaded and still asking for banking and routing not my debt card information! I hate this card with a passion
