Each of my transactions is so easy using their app and website. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

The app will not rotate to accommodate the Landscape display of an iPad.

This app doesn’t work about half the time I go to use it. Either the Face ID doesn’t work or the screen is completely blank. It’s so inconsistent that I changed my primary bank to one that has a functional app.

The app is the most miserable app I’ve ever used. Most times it does not like my password and I’m forced to change to be able to use it. Because of this I have thought several time about changing banks. Nickname in the review is just as bad as trying to sign into my account.

Often need to change password as Face ID stops working and don’t have password handy. Goes down more than any other banking app I use. The system goes down. Upgrades take a week instead of hours in past. Only keep because I’ve been customer for decades and fees are low.

Need app to provide landscape view

The old app was much easier to use

Worst UI of any banking app. Literally moving people away from CFCU.
