The apps quite often will suddenly reset n log out

Why new version is not support IOS 12.x.x?
Slow response n chart not loading
I dont know what is wrong with the app, it is very slow n chart is not loading most of the time. I am using iphone.
Super buggy
Poorly written app. Authenticating using OTP takes more than a few times to get through. Keeps crashing after a few trades. After inputting trade details when I switch to other apps and return, the buy / sell buttons disappear below the screen and becomes un-clickable. Have to re-input details again. Lack of customizations. You’re losing this customer.

Bursa feed doesn’t work always jammed
US market stock pricing
The US market stocks pricing is not displaying the real time price. There is a price lag when compared to other service providers
Terrible app. Always hang and log out.

Buggy and terribly inconvenient
After the update, otp either doesn’t get sent to me or that I can’t even view anything after successful authentication. Please test the app at least before releasing an update
