Payment and App issues
Far too many times I’ve had issues booking a cab. Last time, booked a cab for the station. Work train to get. Payment failed. Tried an alternative card, failed. Then, two cans show up! Has to call in and cancel one and wait four days for the charge to be removed. Then, at the station, the payment wouldn’t clear. Had to wait for text and paid again, with the same card! Just tried booking again, repeated issues trying to pay. Again. Gave up, deleted the app and downloaded a competitor app. Shame, drivers are always decent.
