App crashes
App crashes in iPad,how can any body read in a phone which is not more than 8 inches,please fix the app and make it iPad compatible

We founded IRADigital Publishers Private Limited and created the Chaduvu App with a single aim – play our part in the Access to Knowledge (A2K) movement. As Telugu speaking people ourselves, and with family members not fully conversant with other languages, we understood how language barriers can be a serious handicap. Also, not everyone has the fluency to read Telugu.
We set out to do our bit. The Chaduvu app not only brings books originally written in Telugu available for reading or listening, we also translate works from other languages. In addition, we deliver book summaries as well as original short stories to encourage new writers to build a following.
All this is made accessible via an extremely low-priced subscription, just enough to compensate authors and support operating costs.

Crashes on iPad
App doesn’t properly on apple devices. It just crashes on iPad and the search doesn’t work on iPhone. Please resolve this asap

Since I installed the it never opened, every time I try to open it gets crashed.
Excellent App for Telugu reading people
Very Good app and has a wide range of Novels.. But download option has not given in IOS App
Subscription issue
There is a minimum support from the team with respect to subscription. Apparently, I have paid one year subscription online (paid 349₹) and I have sent a screenshot to the concern mail handle and also to WhatsApp handle but there is no response whatsoever from the team. I am still awaiting a response from them.

Issue with Subscription
I have taken the subscription for 1 year but it didn’t activate. After I raised the request it was activated for a month and was promised it will be renewed for year automatically, but the subscription is not activated. Today I tried connecting with them on their WhatsApp number but the messages are not delivery. I don’t know how to approach them.
Beautiful App
It’s designed beautifully for the ease of reading. Happy to see classic telugu books in this app. Content is good, but sample size is limited. Need to add more and more books.
Ohk
Though it’s a budding app, reader experience could be much better if new content is added often. Lastly great relief to see Book of the week Meena-1 is replaced (it was there @4 months +).
