Da quando ho aggiornato l’app non funziona più: la pagina dice che la mia caldaia è online ma non riesce a recuperare le informazioni. Andando sulla pagina web del remote control sembra però tutto ok

Buongiorno, a seguito dell’aggiornamento dell’app rimane drizzata la modalità raffrescamenton in marcia anche con pompa di calore off

Chiede di aggiornare la schermata, e presenta bug all’inserimento dell’indirizzo di un nuovo impianto, impedendo la continuazione e la fruizione del servizio. Correggete al più presto.

L’app funziona abbastanza bene, ma, purtroppo, ogni volta che apro l’app, viene caricata male la grafica della Home e pertanto, devo chiudere e riaprire l’app varie volte fino a quando si apre bene. Risolvete il problema per cortesia! Grazie
Problemi con app
Dal 2021 ha sempre funzionato bene; ora invece da qualche giorno l’app mi sta dando continui problemi: non si apre, e di conseguenza sto avendo problemi per impostare la temperatura. Che sta succedendo?
