Why am I stuck in level 16

This game is so brilliant

Freezes

Froze at level 70. Deleted and started over frozen at level 36 now. The booster box causes the game to freeze. FIX IT PLEASE DEVS.

Software Bug Crash

Looks like there is a bug in the software, on level 128 when the game starts and at the point where the items in the box are moved onto the game play area, this does not happen on level 128, nothing, and it’s not possible to change screens or go back. Playing the game on iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS Version 16.6

Where is the sound?

Fed up

I am now on level 336 and it is stuck,I have the bonus box and because there is nowhere for it to go it won’t let me play.Please sort this out
