Chair Yoga for Seniors

I don’t recommend this app for those who have zero experience with yoga. Does not provide enough information, i.e., doesn’t explain how to set up a personalized routine, how many days, week, some individual pose pictures don’t match written descriptions, etc. Also can’t find where to stop auto renew. Refers me to ITunes and there is nothing there to cancel.

I am not even able to contact them on the app. Load failed is all it says. There is no way to cancel membership and no confirmation email when you join. No way to contact them. Do not be scammed.

No sound or instructions. Visual example and does not notify of timing. Visual is only drawing and not even a real person. How do I get a refund?

I was expecting videos to show me how to do the exercises. They were just some terrible pictures and abstract instructions. Was very disappointed. I would return it if I could, but now I’m out $50

I have tried to reach you. No response. Why don’t you have audio instructions? It’s time consuming to have to stop and read the instructions to do the pose. It’s impossible to have a flow in the session when I have to stop and read the instructions. I will be asking Apple to refund my payment.

This app may be great but I cannot get any sound on my IPad, yes sound is on but app does not play sound. Any help? Or I will delete

Unfortunately I did not check reviews before; there is no way to cancel the subscription (see other comments for why someone would want to cancel). The Terms indicate you can cancel through the ITune store, but there is no way to do so at any of the Apple sites.

Immediately after purchasing this app I was charged multiple times on my credit card for different amounts from this purchase. I tried to contact them but the message would not go through.
