Won’t even recognise the system or add it to the app had no issues before the updated etc
Night vision doesn’t work on the front camera since installation.
I have a POE 4K system with great graphics and definition, only qualm would be the system is 4K but the NVR defaults to a lower resolution and you therefore need a monitor before connecting to a 4K TV.
The signal never loads the images
This app is really poor it’s so hard to actually link up and view online it just gets stuck and unable use very disappointed
While I like having the ability to check out cameras on the go, there are some issues with the app. Often, loading recorded footage means restarts of the app and switching between WiFi and mobile data several times. Trying to play, fast forward and rewind footage is painfully slow. Somehow, fast forwarding and rewinding is often slower than real time. One good point, if you can get to something you want to record, the process is easy and saving it to my phone is straightforward too. I initially set up notifications for movement. I set areas, like my front door, but it still showed every time a car went past the bottom of the drive. After trying various ways of doing it, I switched them off (after being inundated with notifications). A few months later I tried to switch the notifications back on, but they don’t work at all now, in the app or on the notification section of my phone. I wish I’d researched the app further before getting this system installed, as although the cameras are pretty good, getting to the footage is a pain and the app feels a bit like an after thought.
