Also included is a list of the most common edible mushrooms.
For now it recognises more than 900 types of mushrooms.
You can also save on a map the place where you found ceps, chanterelles, etc.

PRICE AND TERMS:

The app does not require you to pay, but to be able to synchronise your projects on other devices, the app offers a premium subscription option $4.99 (USD) for a year.
This price apply to United States residents. Prices may vary in other countries respecting your local currency exchange rate.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account. At the end of the term, unless auto-renewables subscriptions are disabled, your subscription will automatically renew in your iTunes account.
You will be charged for the regular price of your subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term.
You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings at any time, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.
Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.

Mushroom or toadstool

Such a helpful app just to confirm identification. If I’m still in doubt cook nowt .

A reasonable app as it gives a good insight to the types of fungi you find .

Very useful for a quick ID

Handy to have this app when out in the field!

Offers good possible identification

Fungi are very hard to tell apart based on pictures alone. Bearing that in mind, the app offers possible IDs which are probably correct. It is also very clear that you SHOULD NEVER eat mushrooms unless you are certain about what they are.

Clueless

Identified the porcelain mushroom as either oyster or death cap. The two aren't even similar. Don’t trust this app.

Full of adverts

Deleted after 10 mins - fulls of ads of other applications.

Accurate enough and you don’t have to pay!

Great if like me you are just curious in nature

Handy little app

I’ve tested it once or twice with mushrooms I’ve taken spore prints from or can recognize easily and found it to be reliable. I wouldn’t use it for edible mushrooms i don’t know yet though.
