What is the point of booking online appointments when one has to anyways stand in a queue?

I got many difficulties in CT SCAN department neither I got report nor Film in 4 hours of examine Very disappointed So I hv cancel all my appointments and operation with. Chandan Hospital Lucknow

When I clicked on Reports , after showing downloading icon , it crashes & I was not able to see the reports . There is a bug
