Domestic use is good for the price, however, their roaming service have never satisfied me. I have purchased roaming pack for few times for different destinations but did not work as expected even once. And the customer support is not helpful at all. They keep providing me the same template responses which never resolve the issues. I have wasted a lot of money and time on it. I don’t even want to give a star. Very disappointing. My travel experiences are spoilt every time because of them. I’m changing the provider after this trip.

App with untidy interface and not able to download a copy of invoice!

I changed from singtel. Singtel customer service is very expensive. So I decided to change it. package is cheap but network coverage is poor. I don’t like the service because the App got bugs and charges me roaming service I don’t need and didn’t use. I explained but the company do not want refund me. I will try other companies.

I got the cheapest promo for my kids and they like that changi gives (lots of) free data often. However, this app crashes on my iPhone 13 pro max whenever I launch the mobile feature. It launches fine when I'm not signed in though; and it works fine in my old iphone. Because of this, no reason to stay with changi. I stay away from problematic providers. There's absolutely no reason for me to get stressed if I am paying. I always vote with my wallet.

They don’t solve your problem. Rude all the time.

Its been more than a month where i have data it shows im using data but the data has been so bad i cant do anything on my phone except texting. I cant do literally anything

I just want to point out one problem. When I want to unsubscribe from a roaming package, there is no feedback on the screen - there is no way to tell what is the current status of my contract. This is a huge problem, you should fix this asap.

Being charged by Changi recommends and cannot access app to check? How?

Had days of zero 3g/4g connectivity and zero outgoing call ability. To save my life I’m going to have to switch out

The experience to activate the new SIM card is bad, UI not clear, can’t find the activation under mobile section, take long time to chat with their customer service, needs multiple screenshot for them to understand and instruct
