Unable to access App

I just downloaded the app and the app isn’t working. It doesn’t open when I try opening it. It shows the logo then takes me back to my homepage. Please what could be wrong?

Very frustrating 😔

The app is so bad ☹️ I can’t even imagined I exhausted my precious data downloading this useless app
