Chaos Control is a personal organizer that will help you manage your goals, to-do lists and tasks in both your business and personal life.
People don't usually achieve impressive results simply by being good at task management. It's the ability to set legitimate goals that makes the difference. Just write down your desired outcomes to make them real. This simple technique helps you to prioritize your goals before acting on them.
Chaos Control is a task manager based on the best ideas of GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology created by David Allen. Whether you are running a business, launching an app, working on a project or simply planning your holiday trip, Chaos Control is a perfect tool to manage your goals, juggle your priorities, and organize your tasks to get things done. And the best part is, you can handle both heavyweight project planning and simple daily routine like shopping list management in one flexible app. Also, Chaos Control is available across all major mobile and desktop platforms with seamless sync.
HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:
1) MANAGE YOUR PROJECTS
Project is a goal combined with a set of tasks you need to complete in order to achieve it. Create as many projects as you like to write down all the desired outcomes you have
2) ORGANIZE YOUR GOALS
Create unlimited number of projects and group them by category using Folders
3) USE GTD CONTEXTS
Organize tasks from different projects using flexible context lists. If you are familiar with GTD you would just love this feature
4) PLAN YOUR DAY
Set due dates for tasks and make plans for any particular day
5) USE CHAOS BOX
Put all the incoming tasks, notes and ideas into Chaos Box in order to process them later. It works similar to GTD inbox, but you can use it as a simple to-do list
6) SYNC YOUR DATA
Chaos Control works on both desktop and mobile devices. Setup an account and sync your projects across all of your devices

Great customer service
This app is a very useful personal organizer. I use it daily, have had it about 6 months and have never seen any bugs. I bought the PC version as well. Also want to mention that the developer was very responsive whenever I had questions about using the app. Thank you.
Can’t sync btw phone and iPad
I paid $13.99 for the premium version using my iPad assuming that I was going to have the same access on my iPhone.
This was not the case. The two devices sync, but I’m blocked from entering new tasks from my phone!!!
The worst part is that I’ve emailed the developer 3 times and have never gotten a response!!! Sucks when you get no support after they’ve pocketed the $13.99
Now that I think of it, the options you get when you upgrade to premium (colour scheme and other worthless options) were definitely not worth the price!!! They get you hooked by entering your tasks, and then block you at 75 (including the ones you’ve completed and erased!!!)
You’re essentially paying for the premium package just so that you can continue to use the app!!!
Nice but lacks some basic GTD features
The app is nice and I like the UX. However, it still lacks some basic GTD features, like having Next/Someday/Waiting/Scheduled separation and people tags. “Contexts” cannot be used for both simultaneously, it is would be more useful for stuff like “anywhere”/“on-computer”/...
Needs cleanup
When I first loaded the app, the built-in tutorial was asking me to load stuff that I’ve since discovered was not in the app. However I figured it out on my own, and it’s a fantastic project management app. As a father and creative I use this app to plan and organize most of my life. Syncing with my phone helps a lot for staying on top of things, and cutting out stuff I don’t need to do.
Sub tasks ?
You state you implemented them but they do not show
Great App! (Cont.)
Whoops! I forgot to mention that Chaos Control also flawlessly integrates with your calendars, a feature I highly appreciate!
I'm Impressed.
Very good task management app. Love the fact it is available on many platforms. Stable and intuitive. Seems to be headed in the right direction. Would like to see a gmail integration and a clip from Chrome browser extension. Keep up the great work!
On the right track.
It looks great! It's the best app I've seen for managing your life. The only thing it's missing is integration into your calendar, the actual planning aspect. Apparently coming soon.
