CAST: CharActer Strengths Training 應用程式是 A Better Place to Learn: School and Student Wellbeing 計劃所推出有關美德與性格強項的網上訓練項目，獲香港教育大學FEHD Strategic Area (Learning and Teaching) 撥款進行。本網上訓練項目旨在讓大眾認識此正向心理學的概念，幫助人們了解自己的正面特質，從而充分運用及發揮性格強項。用戶可於應用程式按照個人進度進行一系列的訓練任務，當中包括瀏覽相關學習材料、完成模擬場景動畫練習及進行評估等等。
