Like others have said, great when it worked, it has stopped and won’t show any data or information. Please sort it as all I have is a flashing blue light on the dongle!

Unstable upon reconnecting, flakey operation with Bluetooth

Several times in the past 12 months I have needed to check the status of my Motorhome battery/solar panel but been unable to because the app doesn’t connect. No amount of uninstalling and reinstalling makes any difference. It’s vital to have a reliable app when I’m staying somewhere off grid, this is really frustrating and worrying. Please sort it out!

This app just does not work, I’ve installed it and deleted it many times and it just doesn’t find or connect to the dongle in my solar controller, I would have given it zero stars if that was an option.

When it works this app is very informative, giving real-time info on immediate solar output and battery generated storage, however it is unreliable in connection, needs constant disconnecting and re-booting and provides a very frustrating experience-needs further work in order to be deemed satisfactory!

Really having difficulties using this app it’s a shame it needs some time to develop it it’s good when it works but that’s probably 30% of the time

Useless. Does not connect. Would give no stars if possible.

You would like to think that as this app is for a duel battery charger it would give some info as to the state of the 2nd battery it dose not.would not have got it had I known

Worked when first got it said they fixed the app worked for couple of weeks and doesn’t work again now my answer to that is this product is crap
