The app is always hanging and unable to select and confirm when click. Can the developer build a more reliable and stable one?

This is the second time I am experiencing this problem. I plugged in but my car cannot be charged. At the same time I cannot stop charging on my app. It keeps running. Then I get charged RM5.00 even though I didn’t charge anything and had to endure this frustration. Worse, I tried calling hotlines so many times and no one answered. The WhatsApp chat is an AI and cannot assist me at all. I bought my EV because I was comforted that my condominium has charging stations. Now to my horror, I face these problems on a repeated basis. The last time I experienced this problem was when I tried Bay 1. Now even Bay 3 has this problem. I understand that there can be problems with your app. But what is the use of a 24 hours hotline when no one ever answers? I sincerely hope that this problem can be resolved as soon as possible. I am really frustrated. Can you please, please address this problem or at the very least, keep your hotline on so that your customers don’t have to wait aimlessly and helplessly? Thank you.

I can’t end charging session despite long pressing the end charging button. I hope you don’t charge me for the time that keeps counting. It has been 18 hours now!

I cannot complete my registration as TAC is not received to my phone and with few trials it is still error

Tried many times to create account, but failed

If you were curious why there’s no new users to the app since your last release, perhaps it is because your account creation journey was not tested!! In a battery depleted situation I was unable to create an account. 1) request TAC showed repeated “unknown error”. Eventually by some random clicks it worked and I received the TAC. 2) next step after entering TAC it repeatedly said “PROVIDER field is required (and 1 more error”. There is literally 2 fields that I can SEE to enter info: mobile number and TAC - both of which have been entered. Tried this on multiple devices, deleted and reinstalled and nothing works. True nightmare and unreliable!!!! Please regress test your apps before deploying them.

the app always have error when you try to cancel charging. and eventually force charge you money. spend so many money on building charger but yet spend money on fixing the damn app.

Unable to sign up using FB, Google, or Apple. After authentication, the app crashes and asks you to restart the app. Seems like an issue for new users, like me

It keep asking to restart the app during first time install. Unable to login even after reinstalling
