Very confusing to use the app. Unclear if you can pay as you go. The system does not indicate how much you need to preload to start a session. It looks like $10. Very un happy that I have money loaded on here that I probably won’t be able to use with the slow charging offered

No up front estimates on cost and no ability to return the funds I didn’t use to my account

The app forced me to add money each time I was charging even though there was already a reasonable account balance when I tried to start charging. As a result what should have been a $4 charging session cost me $9 because they forced me to add more money to my account balance.

Horrible experience going and retuning on my trip. In each case, (of the very few stations available 2 total) - their stations were out of service. And it’s the start of a holiday weekend. Called for support got the typical (sorry) please use another station. Such a waste of time. I will simply use Tesla go-forward everytime.

Fast, friendly customer service. Had trouble getting started due to a a requirement of a 10 dollar minimum balance. Started with 5 bucks and the EV charger wouldn’t start to charge the car which prompted the call to customer service. Didn’t notice that minimum balance indicated anywhere on the app. But good experience experience otherwise. Orlando FL

My rental car sat there charging for 4 hours, and it charged 16 KW only! It was a total waste of time. Then my car wouldn’t drive at all. I don’t know what glitch this caused. Why even have it if it doesn’t work. 👎🏻

The app is not user friendly. If you run out of funds mid charge and you have it set up to auto replenish funds it will automatically stop charging. It will replenish funds, and then you will need to manually re-activate charging. Unfortunately, there have been many times that this has happened to me but was not paying attention to my phone for an 8 hour shift and not had a charged vehicle.

This app is horrible, glitches all the time, is very confusing to use and doesn’t always display accurate information. If I wasn’t forced to use it I never would.

I do not see a search for charge stations when o travel

Requiring a balance rather than pay for what you use is absurd. I tried to charge and was unable to do so because it kept requiring more and more of a minimum without telling me what the minimum value was
