I tried to Register with my email, but it mention that my email is invalid.. so I can’t pass step one
Could not add debit/credit card
I’ve been trying to add my debit/credit card plenty of time to ends up failing. Please check your apps.
Notification and filter
Hi, please copy chargesini new charger notification. Everytime new charger installed, a notification sill popup. Then please add fillter for preferred provider.
Cannot open
Please attention to your apps. It cannot open till yesterday.
Can't make payment
Please check your payment integration with Razer. I tried 10 credit cards, all get error message of invalid expiry date.
Can’t even find Gentari/Jom Charge Chargers on Map
Your App updates is meaningless. The map showing outdated info and those under Gentari/Jom Charge which under your collaborations couldn’t be found even after updated. Called to ur call center and they don’t even know about these. End up with…..poor customer services.
1) Station @Design Village, Penang out of service more than years.
2) Station @ 6th Queen Sbay, Penang out of service more than 2nonths.
