Easy to place an order, but it’s whether the store bothers to look at their online orders and fulfils them without being prompted. Some stores are good and proactive, but my local store - marks it as complete, and then I have to wait 10-15 mins while they serve people rocking up to the counter. Defeats the purpose of ordering online.

It said it would take 1 minute for my order to be ready, I got it 15 mins later. It’s quicker to order in person

Mobile auth doesn’t work

I’m trying to delete my account - I can’t, it just spins and spins and times out. Tried to get support, I can’t - asks me to put in my email and when I do that it just asks again. Literally can’t submit an enquiry for anything.

Has a tendency to go into a coma when finalizing an order. Very frustrating. Cancel and you lose your cart and have to start again

Always ready 10 minutes later than the quoted time online. Always the same excuse - “chips not ready”. They don’t even start cooking your order until you get to the store. Its very annoying, why bother using the app at all?
