Paid for access to app and never got login creation. App may be a scam

App doesn’t give me the ability to create an account. When I put in my email address and password it keeps saying to check email or password.

This experience has been the best I love Charles and his team the best don’t know what I’ll do with out them!!!!

I have downloaded the app but I am not sure how to create an account to use it. I only see log in and reset password. Can you please let me know how I go about creating an account. Thank you

I downloaded the App but it only gives an option to sign in. How do I create an account (to sign in). I hit forgot password but nothing is sent

I was having trouble navigating the app and Aoilfe who manages the app made a video for me to show me how it works and then kept working at it with me until it was all fixed. She’s great.
