My skin is so soft from me following these steps I can’t even feel my skin! This is the best best BEST app in the world! I used to do whatever for my morning routine, but now I pay more attention! Thank yall!

Too Glitchy

I like the idea of organizing my skincare routine in an app, however this app is too glitchy to work efficiently. When I add a new skincare routine, it’ll randomly delete everything I added and mess up the current routine. Resulting in me having to spend more time creating the same routine. I rather just use my iPhone notes. Won’t be downloading again.

They didn’t let me go in to the app because I wasn’t old enough they say 4+ but that’s fake because its actually 13+ fakers and I’m 12 and has lots of acne and they won’t let me have this app I am leaving a complaint by the way pls change these rules because even if children don’t have acne or don’t need skincare they should still be able to play around please read this review and change your rules

Good but not great

I’ll start by saying I really like this app. It is by far the easiest and most straight forward to use. I was looking for an app that would just keep track of my skin care routine. The issue I’m having is that in the evening, I only use retinol every other day and AHA on the opposite days of the retinol. Whenever I try to reflect that on the schedule, the app crashes and it changes both steps to the same name and messes up the every other day feature. That’s the only issue, but it’s a big one for me since that’s the main reason I downloaded the app, to help me remember which days I use which products. Hopefully this can be fixed!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Not Easy to Add Products.

Just downloaded this app and am trying to add my skin care routine. The search bar doesn’t remotely show the product I am trying to find and if I want to add my own, I can’t upload a nice picture of the product I have to take one from my phone.

would not recommend

not willing to pay all that money for product recommendations, a skin overview and ingredient advice. it’s impossible to find where to delete your account also. not impressed. 😒

Won’t even load

Just downloaded this to track my skin care and it won’t even open/load. Just stays on the first screen with the loading symbol indefinitely
