COMMON QUESTIONS:
Q: Do I need to be connected to the Internet?
A: Cellular network or a wireless Internet connection is required to purchase tickets, but you can activate your pre-purchased tickets offline.
Q: What if my battery dies?
A: Just like with paper tickets, you're responsible for making sure you have a valid fare at all times, so be sure to plan ahead!
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Don't uninstall the CharmPass app or erase your phone while you have active tickets on it. Your tickets are stored on your phone (which makes it possible to use them without a cellular network or a wireless Internet connection), so uninstalling the app can permanently erase your tickets!
• Purchase your ticket anytime and activate your fare as you’re boarding.
• Show your ticket to the operator of the vehicle.

Best mobile Transportation App

I travelled to Maryland over this summer holiday fro the U.K. As I live in London and I use my phone a lot to by train tickets or top up my Oyster card, I sort for something similar that would help ease my movement around the public transport system in MD. CharmPass met my expectations. I bought all my Metro, light rail and Marc tickets on my phone and they were easy to use. My sister who l was visiting was amazed that this could be done. I think this will help get people out of their cars and onto public transport. I commuted to Washington DC from Owings Mills with ease.

Very good example December 31, 2024 bus came three minutes early roll right up past me. Didn’t even stop and said anything but I’m gonna give you these four stars but y’all need to get y’all people in check you you have very disrespectful bus drivers and I ain’t gonna say all bus drivers are disrespectful. You got bus drivers that’s right pass all people to the simple fact that everybody be on the bus cussing the bus driver out it doesn’t matter he or she black or white right is right wrong is wrong. True facts. I was waiting for y’all to ask me for my view on this app and I’m so sick and tired of y’all even I know that y’all she was not the same company but y’all need to do something for people boy cut the buses I’ll let you know now.

Not accepting my card

This app isn’t accepting my card anymore, and I want that to be fixed, because I have cards that are working but none of them are getting added, so just for that this app gets deleted and no starred.!!!!!!!! Well 1 starred
