Date Function doesn’t work
Just installed program. Attempting to add prescriptions, vaccinations, etc. When identifying the date, the program defaults to today’s date and will not allow change.

Got the email confirmation code; filled in the info; and was taken to the log-in screen. When I tried to log in, I got a pop-up box with a long error message beginning with, “could not execute statement; SQL n/a; nested exception.” I’m deleting the app but wanted to post this info first.
This is a very handy app...cause really who can remember off the top of your head when your kids or yourself got this or that vaccination! You certainly don't want to be caring around the hard copy of your immunization record with you so this is great. I love that you can take pictures, I put the last immunization for each vaccine my daughter got & then add a picture of her record. Also nice to be able to add in medications & dosing info, that could be handy for someone who takes a lot of meds.... My only request is that in the section for "Dr, Insurance, pharmacy" there be slots to add in ID#, BIN#, PCN#, Rx group#, & customer service phone#. As it stand the only options are to input the address & as far as insurance goes that's completely useless information. Maybe insurance should be in another section just for insurance info.
It's very useful.
